Gesu school has an open admission policy and respects the dignity of students who desire a Catholic school education. Central for all families is the understanding and acceptance that Gesu School is Catholic in philosophy and practice. At the same time, children of all faiths are welcome to enroll.

(**Tuition rate for parishioners’ children is $3,800.00 for Grades K through 8).

Our educational cost per student is currently running at approximately $ 5,208.00. The deficit between tuition and actual cost is covered by a combination of fundraising, grants, donations, and the Archdiocese of Detroit. The average financial aid per student is $ 1,800.00 for the current school year. Percentage of students receiving financial aid in 2008-09 is 36%.

Payment Options

One option must be selected upon registration

**Pre-School Tuition payments can be made in ten payments of $412 due on August 7th, Sept. 4th, Oct 2, Nov. 6th, Dec.4th, Jan. 8th, Feb.5th, Mar. 5, Apr. 7th, Jan. 4th, Feb. 4th, March 3rd, April 1st, and May 7th.

Requirements for Registration

  4. Copy of Birth Certificate
  5. Copy of Immunization Record
  6. Copy of latest Report Card

** All new students are tested prior to the beginning of the school year. Parents/Guardians will be notified of when and where the testing will take place.

An immediate deposit of $200 Per Student must accompany completed registration forms to reserve a place for the student on the 2009/2010 Roster. This deposit covers fees for registration, books, and expenses and is Non-Refundable after June 8, 2009.
